Coach Liz is a graduate of the Integrative Health Institute and has furthered her accomplishments by receiving certifications for Balancing Hormones and Gut Health. As a Life Coach, she focuses on narcissistic abuse recovery, relationship goals, body image, self-empowerment, addictions, anxiety/depression, crisis management and issues affecting the youth. To bridge the mind + body connection, Liz received her Somatic Therapy Practitioner’s Certification to help clients release pain and stored trauma in the body. Liz also collaborates with other professionals to complement their clients’ needs.
